Working draft · September 22, 2026
1. Your subscription
Essential is $297 per month. Complete is $397 per month. Founding clients pay no setup fee. Your founding rate remains in place while you stay continuously subscribed to the same plan. Any applicable taxes will be disclosed at checkout.
2. Billing and renewal
Your first payment starts your monthly subscription and authorizes Street & Yard to begin onboarding and configuration. The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. Checkout shows the amount you will be charged. Stripe processes payments; Street & Yard does not collect or store your full card details.
Billing begins at checkout, not at website launch. We will agree on the onboarding scope and expected launch timing with you before inviting you to subscribe. Your timely delivery of content, approvals and account connections affects the launch date.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before your next renewal through the billing portal or by emailing hello@streetandyard.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; service remains available through that period. There is no minimum commitment.
Payments for a period already begun are not prorated or refunded solely because you cancel, except where required by law. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected. If we cannot provide the agreed service, contact us to arrange an appropriate remedy or refund. Any separately agreed pilot offer must be recorded in writing.
4. What Essential includes
A personally branded website, AI website concierge, lead capture and qualification, appointment scheduling, automated lead notifications, managed hosting and technical maintenance, and up to 30 minutes of routine website content updates per month. Unused update time does not roll over. Technical corrections required to keep the system working do not count against that allowance.
5. What Complete adds
Three AI-assisted social posts per week, review and approval tools, publishing to connected supported social channels, social lead-capture automations and a self-service AI-powered blog. A core social post may be adapted for multiple channels; this is not a promise of three separate original posts per channel.
You review, edit or reject, and approve social content before scheduling and publication. Unapproved content is not published. Approval delays may affect the publishing schedule.
The blog is a tool you control. Supply a topic, use AI to draft and edit, then review and publish when you choose. Street & Yard does not write or manage blog articles as a recurring deliverable. No monthly article quantity or unlimited AI usage is promised. Reasonable incidental blog AI usage is included. We will discuss unusually high usage with you before agreeing to any additional charge or change in scope.
6. Your content and approvals
You are responsible for reviewing content for factual accuracy, regulatory compliance, brokerage requirements, advertising disclosures, permissions and brand appropriateness. AI output can contain errors. Provide the required brokerage and licensing information and only materials you have permission to use. Your website will not be launched without your approval.
You authorize us to use the materials and account access you provide to deliver your service. You retain ownership of your domain and materials. Share access through invitations or appropriate permission controls, not by putting passwords in our forms.
7. Scope and additional work
Major redesigns, extensive copywriting, custom integrations, complex new features, paid advertising spend, voice AI and a native MLS/IDX service are not included. Additional work requires an agreed scope and price before it begins. Leads, appointments, transactions, search rankings and social reach are not guaranteed.
8. Account access and third-party services
Your client tools are delivered through a Street & Yard-managed HighLevel account. You receive access to the areas needed for your service. Your subscription does not transfer ownership of HighLevel software or Street & Yard’s reusable systems. Availability and supported connections depend in part on third-party providers.
9. Failed payments and service issues
If a payment fails, we will contact you to update your payment method. Any suspension for nonpayment will follow notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us promptly about errors, outages or billing concerns.
10. Leaving the service
Managed hosting, client-tool access and automations end when your subscription ends. Your domain remains yours. Before service ends, we will coordinate domain handoff and available exports of your content and lead records. HighLevel features and workflows may not transfer to another platform, and migration or rebuilding is not included.
11. Changes and support
Material changes to these terms will be communicated before taking effect. Changes do not authorize an undisclosed charge. Contact hello@streetandyard.com for support, cancellation or a copy of your service terms.
