This notice covers Street & Yard’s company website, payment handoff and client onboarding. Realtor websites will need notices that match their own lead collection and connected services.
What we collect
Our onboarding form requests your professional name, email, brokerage, service areas and selected plan. You may also provide a business phone, license details, website, domain, project goals and links to brand assets. We record your submission time and privacy acknowledgement. Stripe collects the payment and billing information needed to process your subscription.
How we use it
We use these details to verify your subscription, contact you about your service, configure your website and client account, deliver support and maintain business records. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to promotional emails or authorize marketing text messages.
Service providers
Information is processed using providers needed to operate the service, including Stripe for billing, OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure for this website and intake storage, and HighLevel for the Realtor website and client tools. Relevant onboarding details may be entered into HighLevel during manual setup. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or confidential client records in the form.
Retention and requests
We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain required business records and resolve disputes. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for billing, legal or security purposes. Before launch, Street & Yard will finalize and document its retention schedule.
Website operation
The onboarding form stores submitted information on our server. Form entries are not saved in browser storage. Hosting and payment providers may use technical logs and cookies needed to operate and secure their services. We use temporary hashed network identifiers to limit repeated form submissions; raw IP addresses are not saved in the intake database.
